Shambhala Day 2014

The Charlottesville Shambhala Meditation Group is a community for individuals who share a common interest in meditation as a path to personal and social transformation.  Our group is part of a thriving international  community of over 200 Shambhala Centers and groups across the world.

We meet regularly for community meditation practice on the first and third Wednesday of every month from 7:30-9pm at The Yellow Door  located in Belmont at 110 Goodman St.   Meditation Instruction is available.  All are welcome.

In addition to local programs and gatherings, our group director can provide guidance on how to tap into the rich array of programs and retreats offered at other Shambhala locations, including our sister centers in Baltimore and Washington, D.C.  For more information email:
