Shambhala Day 2014

The Charlottesville Shambhala Meditation Group is a community for individuals who share a common interest in meditation as a path to personal and social transformation.  Our group is part of a thriving international community of over 200 Shambhala Centers and groups across the world.

The Charlottesville Group will be taking a summer break for June-August of 2018.  Weekly meetings will resume in late August or Early September.  The time, date and location of these meetings will be posted once scheduling is finalized.

In addition to local programs and gatherings, our group director can provide guidance on how to tap into the rich array of programs and retreats offered at other Shambhala locations, including our sister centers in Baltimore and Washington, D.C.  For more information email:
